Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or visit one of our boutique locations to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your item.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition and place it back in the signature LeGassick packaging with all original certifications and receipts.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring the parcel is tracked and insured.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
